This price stuff can be just a matter of looking. Heck Battery Tenders have
been $50 forever and this is at most places not just Moss, so I would not
just knock them. I am not saying Moss doesn't jack prices in some areas, as
do most aftermarket sellers, but for the uneducated consumer it is just a
matter of convince. Besides if I was to buy another Battery Tender (I have
the big six car unit ($couple of hundred) in my garage) I almost think the
$32 would be worth it not to deal with my local Wal-Mart (lines, parking
lot, sales staff, etc.).

For other examples my wife just picked out this plant stand for outdoor use
from one of her catalogs $94.95, I showed her the same item (heck the two
catalogs use the same picture) for $24.95 from Northern Tools (and I am able
through friends to save even more off that). Or my Sony surround sound
(STR-DE845) unit by looking it up on My Simon I found it at $282.00 instead
of the $399.00 everyone else seems to charge, so I printed the My Simon page
and went to Sears and they priced matched the websites price (and forgot to
add shipping saving me another $42). Of course I spent days looking for a
better price on my Sony DSS/TiVo unit and didn't find a better price so that
was wasted time (but have come to find out that it is better than I thought
I was buying).

If you take the time you can save but if you don't you may end up paying a
little more.
