Get one of those things that you can control with your telephone.  Then
*call* your garage from your cell phone and tell to open the door.  Or,
move the garage back about 60 feet. :-)  Come up the street from the other
direction. and hold up traffic while the door opens.  That's what they do
in Massachusetts. <gr&d>
