They're a 6 1/2S (called oversize 6 1/2") and they fit fine. There's quite a bit of depth behind the speaker mounts in the door, so you should have no problem there. You might need to be concerned about how far these speakers protrude from the door. If they're too high above the mounting surface, they might interfere with the door panel.
